At this present, the University of Chicago-UTCC Research Center provides non-member with only survey codebook and metadata for each survey. That may enough for consideration which data set appropriate and useful for your project.

     You can go to UC-UTCC Data Bank and register and login as registered user then you will get permission to access the Download and Analyze & Subset features. By Download feature you can download data set that you have permission and all documents and many type of set up files for third party application are included.
